Rock Canyon CrossFit's new 3-week strength and conditioning program for youth ages 12-18 is a great way to enhance fitness and prepare for all sports. We will focus on proper lifting techniques for overall strength and conditioning for speed and agility. The course will include focuses on mobility, injury prevention, and each class will be capped at 10 participants for more one on one coaching.
